Description: This is a full-time remote role for a MEAN Stack Developer at Hiotron India Pvt. Ltd. As a MEAN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications using the MEAN stack, which involves MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, and Node.js. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, provide customized solutions, develop new features, and ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using the MEAN stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
- Implement data security and protection measures.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in MEAN stack development
- Minimum 1 year or 1 live projects experience built from scratch using MongoDB, ExpressJS, AngularJS, and Node.js
- Strong knowledge in Nodejs.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Experience with AWS and Git
- Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Good understanding of Agile methodology and development practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Executive at Hiotron India Pvt. Ltd. As a Technical Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by selling our company products and solutions to new & exisiting clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the products, the industry, and the needs of the customers, coupled with the ability to translate technical features into business benefits. The Technical Sales Executive works closely with the sales team, engineers, and product managers to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound tele-calling campaigns to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Engage with prospective customers over the phone or in person to understand their technical needs, challenges, and buying preferences and present tailored Digital Factory solutions.
- Educate customers about our Digital Factory (An end-to-end Industry4.0 Solution) solution/services, features, benefits, and value proposition to generate interest and drive sales.
- Provide technical sales support by offering product demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize follow-up activities to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify target markets, and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telecalling activities, leads, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in technical sales, preferably in the field of Manufacturing Execution Systems, Automation, ERP or related industrial software solutions.
- Prior work experience in Automotive industry preferable.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
